They made an appt to evaluate & provide a quote. They provided a
quick and written quote via email because we were at work. Apparently,
the home builder had taken short cuts with the roofing which caused the
leak. Before they came out to do the work, we realized that a similar
problem may exist in another area of the roof so we asked that the
worker evaluate that area too. There was no problem curing the 1st
problem and the other area was about 1 year from the same issue, so he
fixed them both at the same time and the final cost was exactly the
